The Written Confirmation of Order constitutes the acceptance of your order by Brera Group LLC and indicates the existence of a binding sales contract.


The Acknowledgement of Order and Confirmation of Order that are sent to you by email are deemed to be received when you are able to access them on your computer, mobile or handheld device. The Acknowledgment of Order, Confirmation of Order and any automatic recording systems used by the Website will be proof of a binding agreement between you and Brera Group LLC.


The following complimentary services will be proposed, free of charge, by the Client Relations Center: GIFT NOTE You may personalize your order by adding a personalized note that will be printed by Brera Group LLC on a gift card to be included in your order package. If you have ordered several products, you may individually personalize them (one gift card per product).


For all Returns or Exchanges, customers must complete and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization form at website. A printed copy of this form must be included in your package. Please allow 10 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return or exchange. We will issue a Refund for the original amount paid on the unworn merchandise returned, excluding a 5% restocking fee and original shipping charges. Refunds are issued to the original credit card used when placing the initial order. We accept returns only within 30 days from the purchase date. Any balance due/owed will be billed/refunded in the original form of payment and placed against the original billed person. If applicable, your credit card will not be billed for the exchange order until your order is shipped. At that time, you will receive an email confirming the exchange order shipment and order tracking detail.


Brera Orologi products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable). Brera Group LLC will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. Watch bracelets that have been adjusted at the Customer’s request must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package. All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by Brera Group LLC to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, Brera Group LLC will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the Customer. If the returned product satisfies Quality Control (QC), Brera Group LLC will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.


Brera Group LLC is extremely cautious in ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic. If nevertheless you receive a product that seems to be damaged, you may return it to Brera Group LLC in accordance with the Return Policy. Upon receipt, Brera Group LLC may classify the returned product as a defective product. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective. If your product is declared as defective by Brera Group LLC, the following solutions will be proposed to the Customer or the Gift Recipient, as applicable: 1) Brera Group LLC may send you the same product in the exact same size, subject to availability, 2) Brera Group LLC may propose an exchange for another Brera Orologi products of equivalent or higher value, in which case the initial price will be deducted and you will be required to pay only the difference, or 3) Only you, as the Customer, may request a refund of the full price of your initial purchase.

Your BRERA watch is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship by BRERA under the terms and conditions of this warranty for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty only covers the following components: the watch movement, hands and dial.

Should a covered component be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period under normal use, it will be repaired or the watch will be replaced (at the sole discretion of the service center) free of repair charges. A copy of the receipt or completed, dated, stamped and signed BRERA International Warranty card is required for proof of purchase. A $14.95 return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service in the US. International warranty shipping and handling fees may vary.


      • Battery*, case, crystal, strap or bracelet
      • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, negligence or normal wear or tear (e.g. scratched crystal, alteration of the color and/or material of non metallic such as leather, rubber and discoloration of IP plating)
      • Water damage even if marked “water-resistant.”

      • NOTE: Water resistance of watches is rated based on laboratory pressure tests based on a static position. As many water-based activities involve a lot of movement and other environmental factors, it is not recommended to submerge watches in water for a long period of time. Our water resistance rating does not take into account sudden, rapid and repeated water pressure changes, high water temperatures (showers, baths, hot tubs and Jacuzzis are not recommended for your BRERA timepiece) and sudden changes of temperature. Steam can pass through a rubber gasket and, at times, cause condensation on the crystal. Over time, this could cause the movement to rust. Bath soap is also a fine level abrasive and can wear down watch links, cases, crowns, etc. Always wipe or clean your watch with a lightly dampened microfiber cloth to maximize the life and water resistance of your watch.

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.In case of replacement, BRERA cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your watch is not available, a watch of equal value or similar appearance will be provided.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Using the chronograph function for more than 30 minutes per day will SIGNIFICANTLY reduce the life of the battery of your quartz movement.

We Accept returns with in 30 days from the puechase date.

Please allow 10 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return or exchange.

Admin can choose from 3 ways of removing:

2. delete customer accounts and personal data by a request

GDPR refers to pseudonymization which transforms personal data in such way that the data cannot be attributed to a particular person without the use of additional information. To make sure all personal data is secure and everything recorded safety, Brera Orologi provide data encryption. Customer can fully anonymize customer data from Customer, Sales, Quotes tables so that you can feel assured that you have met GDPR obligations.

Under the GDPR law, customers can request to provide him with all personal information held about them at any time in common use and machine-readable format. This is known as a subject access request. Brera Orologi respond to this request within a month.

Brera Orologi makes it possible to export all customers personal data in CSV format. It means, that Customers import all personal data from an admin panel in CSV format.


Account deletion, anonymization, and export can be done in 'My Account > Privacy'.

Customers can export their data in .zip archive containing .csv files with personal, wishlist, quote, and address data.

Customer can delete or anonymize their account. Account will be deleted within 1 hour (or as specified in configuration), in this time span its possible for customers to undo deletion.

If customer has made at least one order, they are ineligible to delete their account, instead it will be anonymized.
