PROOF OF AGREEMENT
The Acknowledgement of Order and Confirmation of Order that are sent to you by email are deemed to be received when you are able to access them on your computer, mobile or handheld device. The Acknowledgment of Order, Confirmation of Order and any automatic recording systems used by the Website will be proof of a binding agreement between you and Brera Group LLC.
The following complimentary services will be proposed, free of charge, by the Client Relations Center: GIFT NOTE You may personalize your order by adding a personalized note that will be printed by Brera Group LLC on a gift card to be included in your order package. RETURN - EXCHANGE - REFUND POLICY
We Accept returns with in 30 days from the purchase date. Please allow 10 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return or exchange. We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the unworn merchandise returned, excluding the shipping charges. Refunds are issued to the original credit card used when placing the initial order. Any balance due/owed will be billed/refunded in the original form of payment and placed against the original billed person. If applicable, your credit card will not be billed for the exchange order until your order is shipped. At that time, you will receive an email confirming the exchange order shipment and order tracking detail. BRERA GROUP LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change any or all of the provisions in the above policies at any time.
CONDITIONS TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Brera Orologi products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable). Brera Group LLC will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. Watch bracelets that have been adjusted at the Customer’s request must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package. All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by Brera Group LLC to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, Brera Group LLC will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the Customer. If the returned product satisfies Quality Control (QC), Brera Group LLC will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
Brera Group LLC is extremely cautious in ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic. If nevertheless you receive a product that seems to be damaged, you may return it to Brera Group LLC in accordance with the Return Policy. Upon receipt, Brera Group LLC may classify the returned product as a defective product. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective.
